Steps to call into a conference using Skype:

• You must use the latest and most updated Skype version, (Windows: Top Menu -> Help -> Check for Updates OR http://www.skype.com/go/downloading).
• You need a conference room booked & have the room number handy.
• Click either: Add Contact to call later or Call Now to join room immediately.
• You will be prompted to enter the room number followed by the hash/pound key "#".
• To access Skype's dial pad:
  • Version 3: Press the down arrow near the volume control and select "Display dial pad".
  • Version 4: Press the dial pad icon at the bottom of the calling screen.
  • Version 5: Click "Call" on the top menu and select "Show Dial Pad".
• Enter your conference room number followed by hash/pound '#'. You can use the mouse or keyboard.

Steps to call into a conference using Skype:

• You must use the latest and most updated Skype for mobile version.
  (Go to your app store and make sure you have updated Skype).
• You need a conference room booked & have the room number handy.
• Click either: Add Contact to call later or Call Now to join room immediately.
• You will be prompted to enter the room number followed by the hash/pound key "#".
• To access Skype's dial pad for:
• Windows Phone: click the keypad icon to access the dialpad.
• iPhone: click the speech bubble and click 'show dialpad'.
• Enter your conference room number followed by hash/pound '#'.

Our participant self invite feature allows a participant to call themselves at the account owners expense.
Our service calls your direct telephone number, you as the participant do not pay for the call, only answer the call.

To use the system click on the link from the email and enter:
Your name, Conference Room Number (If not already set), Your Telephone Number & Repeat the security code.
Then click 'Call Me'.

Your phone will ring and to accept the call press 1 on your keypad.
Note: This only allows access for you to call up to 10 minutes before the conference start time and is disabled after the conference finishes.
